I am pleased to share the captivating beauty of nature via my photography with visitors here and hope that you will find pleasure in the images listed in my shop.

I am happy to discuss any special requests you may have. Perhaps a different size, different crop, or a flip of direction of an image would work better for your particular display space? Please convo me via the "Contact the Shop Owner" link on the left panel of the shop home regarding special requests.

Rather than doing my own printing--and in the interest of providing the highest quality print product to my customers--I work with two of the most highly regarded professional print labs in the United States. All of the in-stock prints listed in my shop have been produced by these labs and all special-order prints will be quickly delivered directly to the client by these labs. You will love our collaboration!

Payments

All payments are to be made via the Etsy shop site. This shop accepts PayPal, credit cards and Etsy gift cards. No outside payments will be accepted.

Shipping

Shipping will be arranged as soon as notification of payment has been received.

In-stock matted prints located at my studio typically ship the same day or next business day, very carefully packed, insured, with tracking via USPS Priority Mail.

Special-order paper prints typically will take about 2 days between upload from my computer to send-out from my print lab and will be drop-shipped for overnight delivery from the lab.

Special order metal prints are usually completed by my print labs within a week and shipped either overnight or with 2-day shipping, depending on which lab is used for the order.

Shipping of in-stock or special-order prints will be to United States addresses only.

Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

Please be sure that you are completely satisfied with your choice before you
purchase as returns and exchanges are not accepted.

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged either from my studio or from my lab, please contact me so that we may work together to correct this.

All items shipped from my studio will have USPS tracking, so lost packages will be unlikely. In the event of not receiving a package as expected, again, please contact me so that we may work together to resolve the issue.
